What We Do
At LS Property Services, landscape maintenance and landscape installation are our core focus. We provide professional lawn and landscape maintenance on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule, weather permitting.
Our goal is to keep properties looking clean, polished, and professionally maintained year-round. Landscape installation is a major part of what we do, including sod installation, plantings, mulch and rock applications, landscape bed construction, and property upgrades that enhance curb appeal and long-term value. Every project is completed with quality materials and precise execution.
As the seasons change, we prepare your property with spring and fall cleanup services such as thatching, aeration, leaf and debris removal, and mulch installation.
When winter arrives, we transition to dependable snow removal services to keep your property safe and accessible.
